Welcome to our online booking system.

At Amankay Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, we provide evidence-based treatments in a caring environment where your concerns are respectfully and sensitively listened to and incorporated into the treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.

If you are booking an initial assessment, you will receive an Intake Form. We request that you take the time to fill it out as it provides us with the information required to prepare for your first appointment.

Please let us know ahead of time if you would prefer that masks be worn by your therapist during the appointment. Also, please let us know if you are experiencing flu, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and/or COVID-19 symptoms so that appropriate measures can be taken.

Francisca Avila PT, MScPT

Francisca is a Registered Physiotherapist who works exclusively on pelvic floor related conditions. She holds a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa (2009), and a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Kinetics from the University of Québec at Montreal (2007). She is a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and she belongs to the Canadian Physiotherapy Association; the Ontario Physiotherapy Association; the Pelvic and Reproductive Health division of the CPA; and the International Continence Society. Francisca has developed her proficiency in the field of pelvic health through post-graduate courses and training, and she is dedicated to delivering the best care to her clients. Her treatments are provided in a private, safe and caring environment through a collaborative and evidence-based approach.
